Foothills County took its current name at the start of 2019, having been the Municipal District of Foothills before that. Its office is in High River, and the towns inside it are Okotoks, High River and Diamond Valley, the last of which was formed in 2023 when Black Diamond and Turner Valley amalgamated. Longview is its village, and hamlets include De Winton, Priddis, Millarville, Heritage Pointe, Blackie and Cayley.
Our home base is Beiseker, northeast of Calgary, so Foothills County is on the opposite side of the city from us. A build down here means a longer drive for our team, and that is a scheduling conversation worth having before you fall in love with a floor plan. It is not a deal breaker. It is just something you should know about your builder.

Yes, if you like how we build. The worst outcome of a phone call is that we tell you honestly that someone closer is a better fit, and you have lost ten minutes. We would rather do that than take on a build we cannot service properly.
It has to be part of the conversation down here. Exposure, orientation and how the house sits on the land matter more in the foothills than they do on flat prairie.
