This website is provided by CreekWest Custom Homes to give you information about our homes, our floor plans and how we build. By browsing the site, contacting us through it or using any of its tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only, and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not public, or use it in a way that could damage it or disrupt another person's use of it.
Renderings, photographs, floor plans, square footages, room dimensions and finish details on this site are for illustration. They are not a representation of the final product.
Photographs may show upgrades, optional features or furnishings that are not included as standard. Square footages and dimensions are approximate and are measured to builder standards, which may differ from other methods of measurement.
Plans, specifications, materials, features and finishes are subject to change without notice. The only binding description of your home is the one set out in your signed purchase or build agreement.
Any price shown on this site, including a range produced by our Get Your Price tool, is an estimate for general guidance only. It is not a quote, an offer or a commitment to build at that price.
An estimate is generated from the limited information you provide and does not account for your lot, site conditions, servicing, municipal fees, permits, grade, soil conditions, selections or any other cost specific to your build. Your actual price can differ, and often will.
Prices, promotions and availability are subject to change without notice. A binding price is only ever established in a signed written agreement with CreekWest Custom Homes.
When you send us information through a form on this site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We use it to respond to you and to follow up about your build, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Sending a form does not create a contract between us and does not reserve a home, a lot or a price.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through this website. Email and web forms are not secure methods of transmission.
Home and lot availability changes as homes are sold and completed. Anything described on this site as available may no longer be available by the time you see it. Please contact us to confirm what is actually available before making a decision.
New homes built by CreekWest Custom Homes are covered by the warranty required under Alberta's New Home Buyer Protection Act. The terms, coverage and duration of that warranty are set out in your warranty documents and your build agreement, not on this website.
Nothing on this website creates, extends or varies any warranty. Where this site and your signed agreement differ, your signed agreement governs.
The content on this site, including text, photographs, renderings, floor plans, logos and the CreekWest name, belongs to CreekWest Custom Homes or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or redistribute any part of this site for commercial purposes, or use our floor plans or designs to build a home, without our written permission.
This site may link to websites we do not control, such as our social media profiles, partners or suppliers. We provide those links for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, products, services or privacy practices of any site we do not operate.
Information on this site is general in nature. It is not legal, financial, mortgage, tax, engineering or real estate advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.
This site is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every detail is current.
