As a thank you for your recommendation, we are pleased to offer you a $500 referral bonus in the form of a grocery gift card to Wal-Mart or Superstore for any registered referral that leads to a firm sale and possession of a single family CreekWest home in Beiseker.

Please complete the form below when you introduce your referral to CreekWest.

Conditions

  1. Each referral is registered as the procuring cause of interest in a CreekWest home and is therefore void if a purchase is realtor assisted.
  2. The completed referral registration must be submitted at time of purchase.
  3. Homes which are already under a purchase agreement are not eligible to be registered for a referral.
  4. Referrals are required to be introduced by the referring Beiseker resident and the registration of a referral must result in an unconditional sale and possession of a new CreekWest home.
  5. The purchaser must be a new resident to Beiseker and not an existing resident of the municipality.
  6. The $500 grocery gift card reward will be issued within 30 days of the referred customer taking possession of their new CreekWest home.
  7. Referral rewards cannot be changed, have no cash value and are non-transferable.
