Our floor plans range from 1,220 sq ft single-storey homes to a 1,829 sq ft two-storey, with 2 to 3 bedrooms and 2 to 3 bathrooms. All of them are customizable, so you are choosing a starting point rather than accepting a finished decision.
We build family-focused single-family homes, from smaller starter homes through to fully custom builds. Whether you are buying your first home or upgrading to fit a growing family, the plan gets adjusted to suit you rather than the other way around.
Most people we work with have not built before. We take you through lot selection, financing, design choices and move-in day in a sensible order, and we explain timelines and permits properly. We offer flexible financing solutions and work with trusted lenders.
