Not technically. Beiseker is an incorporated village, so it sits beside the county rather than inside it, surrounded by county land on all sides. That distinction matters for permits and paperwork, not for how quickly we can get to your site.
Langdon is where most of our county work happens today. The county also contains Conrich, Delacour, Keoma, Indus, Dalemead, Bragg Creek, Springbank, Balzac and Madden, and we are happy to look at lots in any of them.
It can, and the difference usually comes from servicing rather than the house itself. Access, power, water and septic all need working out early. We would rather raise that at the first conversation than halfway through.
No. Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Crossfield and Irricana are separate municipalities that the county surrounds or borders. People often assume otherwise, and it matters when it comes to permits.
